ABOUT US

TOGETHER COLIVING INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE AB was founded in 2020. 
The founders - with a background in real estate development and communication - started United Spaces, one of the first co-working spaces in Sweden, 20 years ago. A valuable experience when developing co-living.

The original founders Göran Garberg and Lars Rydén are accompanied by several high profile and experienced individuals from the legal, financial, and real estate sectors.

Lars Rydén

Chairman of the Board

Lars has Master in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, Real Estate finance from Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Land Surveying
With experience from a variety of real estate companies, real estate consultancy at Catella and a background as an entrepreneur, Lars has a passion for development and innovation in real estate and transforming properties and buildings for new purposes. As a consultant he acted as a buyer’s agent by managing both purchasing and contracting.

In 2000 he founded United Spaces with Göran Garberg, one of the world’s first co-working concepts, which was acquired by Castellum in 2019.

Göran Garberg

CEO and Board Member

Göran has Master in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
As a Communication Entrepreneur (Garbergs Annonsbyrå AB),and experience in value driven leadership (Corporate Missions AB), sustainability and the environment (Alnarp Cleanwater) and real estate (including United Spaces). Göran  has long-standing experience in business and investments. He sits on the Board of several corporations and organizations.With experience from a variety of real estate companies, real estate consultancy at Catella and a background as an entrepreneur, Lars has a passion for development and innovation in real estate and transforming properties and buildings for new purposes. As a consultant he acted as a buyer’s agent by managing both purchasing and contracting.

Emma Gremo

Board Member

Emma is a Civil Engineer, working since 2013 at Oljibe, a construction company delivering general and turnkey projects in close cooperation with customers. Emma has experience as supervisor/ construction engineer, site manager, project leader and now Executive Project Director. She is a dedicated team player and a natural leader, with a drive to streamline the construction process, implement digital tools in projects, and climate and sustainability efforts.

Aaron Kaplan

Advisor

Aaron has served in several roles within environment and sustainability since 2006. He is the founder and CEO of the eco-Innovation Foundation, registered in Stockholm, with the mission to support the innovation and breakthrough of commercial value chains, which inherently drive protection and restoration of natural ecosystems. Aaron is also the founder and CEO of Sense Group, a consulting firm focusing on green business development and innovation facilitation.​Aaron holds a Master in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics; he has completed studies at the Stockholm Resilience Center as well as an Executive program in Sustainable Urban Systems at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH).

Michael Levin

Advisory Board Member

After more than 35 years as a lawyer, partner, and founder of one of the major law firms in Sweden (and Norway) in corporate law (Hamilton), Michael Levin has now joined Together Coliving International AB (TCI) as an advisor to the Board. Michael has assisted many companies with M&A, especially in real estate, but also with reconstruction and liquidations. He has also represented renters in a variety of usufructuary issues. Michael has broad qualifications in business with emphasis on real estate law, which now provides a benefit to TCI.
